2021
Modroc, Plaster, lightbulbs, wires.
For this project I was aiming to create a place to escape to during lockdown. I wanted to introduce an environment which gave the feeling of floating through space.
I experimented with creating a world within Virtual Reality. For this outcome I created 360 degree photographs to enable the viewer to ‘escape’ to this space in their own homes. I decided to use VR as I felt it was the most immersive way to transform the viewer’s surroundings.
I hoped that the space would be relaxing due to the soft lighting and would make the viewer feel as though they were floating through space.
