I wanted to draw the Queen initially to practice my drawing skills during lockdown. In June 2022 I decided to put it forward for an exhibition at the Free Range Galley in the heart of Soho in London.
The drawing was particularly relevant as it was exhibited just before the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. I was delighted to see that the Gallery selected my picture to promote the exhibition on social media.
